Privacy Statement
This statement explains how quotasq handles information when you visit our website, create or use a client account, contact us, or interact with services that link to this statement.
Effective: September 7, 20261. Scope
This statement applies to the quotasq website and other quotasq services that expressly link to it. Customer deployments of RiskSQ, UnderwritingSQ, and docsq may process information under separate agreements, product notices, and customer instructions. When a customer controls the information submitted to a quotasq service, that customer’s privacy notice may also apply.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, business contact details, company, account profile, product-access assignments, and the contents of messages sent to us. A sales inquiry may also include program interest, approximate sales or transaction ranges, likely data sources, desired timing, and your separate choices about marketing email or service-related SMS communications.
We retain a record of each sales submission, its source page and delivery status, and the exact consent statement, version, selection, and timestamp presented with that submission. Our website and hosting providers may also collect limited technical information, including IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, timestamps, referring information, and security or diagnostic events. The lead-abuse control stores a one-way, time-limited fingerprint rather than a raw IP address in the leads tables.
For client access, we process password verifiers, session records, login history, account-security events, multi-factor enrollment data, and recovery-code verifiers. Authenticator secrets are encrypted and recovery codes are stored as one-way hashes. If you use a quotasq product, we may also collect configuration, support, usage, document, and transaction-related metadata as described in the applicable product notice and customer agreement.
3. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, qualify and assign sales follow-up, and provide requested information.
- Send product and service marketing only when the separate optional marketing choice is selected, subject to applicable law and your right to opt out.
- Send account or assistance-related SMS communications when the separate optional service-SMS choice is selected.
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and services.
- Manage customer and business relationships.
- Use Cloudflare Turnstile, submission validation, a hidden-field control, content screening, and short-window deduplication to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse.
- Detect abuse, investigate incidents, and protect legal rights.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential session cookies for authentication, multi-factor verification, security, routing, reliability, and basic site operation. These cookies are not used for advertising. If we introduce analytics, advertising, or other nonessential technologies, we will update this statement and provide choices where required.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, security, communications, and business operations; to professional advisers; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Marketing email and service-related SMS choices are optional and are not a condition of purchasing services. You may unsubscribe using the instructions in a marketing message or contact us to withdraw a communication choice. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not erase the historical record needed to demonstrate the choice previously made.
You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, or object to certain uses, by contacting us. Available rights depend on your location and may be subject to legal exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Children
quotasq services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
9. Changes to this statement
We may update this statement as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date.
